“Absolutely stunning resort. We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was lovely and the kids had a great time in the heated pool in our backyard. The activities at the entertainment center were fun. A few things which can really enhance the customer experience. Firstly, the pools in the communal areas need to be heated as they are ice cold and unusable - it was a shame that no one was in them even though the resort was busy on the long weekend. “Breakfast was great. A lot of options to choose from. Hotel was very clean, amazing finishing with marbles shows great aesthetics. Its location is also in close proximity to a lot of business hubs. Will definitely try to stay here again. Only downside was they charged me half day’s price for early check in at 9am - but receptionist was courteous to include complimentary breakfast for that half day.”
