"This is an excellent hotel that combines value, cleanliness, comfort, great breakfast, and good staff. But to be clear, this is not the 5 start luxury hotel. Riyadh is a bustling city with either very fancy and expensive hotels or lower cost non-brand hotels. This makes it tough for travellers to choose value / lower cost options. This hotel is very recommend. "

"Hotel was easy to communicate with and check in and check out were efficient. Most front desk staff were very attentive and polite with one exception. Cleaning staff were wonderful and accomodaring. Just outside my wondow was a jackhammer that started at 7 AM and went all day. That, however is not the hotel's fault and hopefully that will be over soon. "
