"I usually book a hotel with included breakfast for the convenience, and typically they are okay. Hotel Riu’s FABULOUS. They greet you and check you in, then a host will direct you to a table. The food selection is FANTASTIC and DELICIOUS. Never had it before where I was looking forward to breakfast the next day (as soon as noon the day before). My wife and I skipped lunch both days as we were full from breakfast. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and clean.
We travel to Chicago about twice a year for a few days each time, I always stay in the same general area and have had many nice stays at many different hotels. That has all changed going forward. We are 100% in on hotel Riu going forward."
