"The front desk was helpful upon arrival. Later in my stay I inquired with them about navigating my later evening return in light of a large downtown event that was occurring to which they had no knowledge of despite it being located on the same block. The property is outdated. It is drab, dark and has an odor throughout the entire property. The elevators are concerningly slow to respond, I happily was not stuck in one much to my surprise. The rooms are decorated in all dark brown with very poor/ineffective lighting. The bed was comfortable. The furnishings show wear. The "health club" has adequate equipment but again, it has very old carpet, drab paint and has a significant odor."
