"When we first arrived, we asked if the hotel room (loft) that we reserved was handicap (meaning Wheelchair) accessible, they yes, it is but when we got to our room, we found out that the bathroom was yes handicap accessible but not wheelchair accessible. Went outside the room and by chance there was a worker there, told them of our situation and he made a call to someone at the front desk and explained our situation. We received a phone call from the front desk stating that they would upgrade us to fit our needs. (I was expecting with this wonderful upgrade there would have been some kind of up charge) NOT at all. They upgraded us to a condo where we had more than enough room!!! Along with our stay the staff there were very helpful! We will definitely be back."

"Hotel room was gorgeous. Clean and super relaxing. Husband and I are on a 20th anniversary road trip. This has been our favorite stop and hotel. Staff was super friendly as well. We stayed 2 nights and DEFINITELY will stay again"
