"The hyatt had always been a favorite, this year things changed a bit. The restaurant only offered a dance competition menu not the full menu to choose from. I'm sure we're a handful but we also pack the hotel. The small store in front used to be a Starbucks, was now changed something unfamiliar. The elevator broke during the stay, they were quick to fix it. And lastly, Feb 27 was my stay. I'm still waiting for my charge of $100 to be refunded. "

"The staff people were super helpful, when checking in I asked if we could be close to an exit with our reactive dog and she moved us with no problems at all. The suite was really lovely and comfortable. "

"We got a honeymoon suite and it was absolutely stunning. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because the bed was SUPER hard. "

"I had an amazing experience during my stay. The highlight of my trip was definitely the spa, it was absolutely incredible. The variety of amenities and services they offer made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Everything felt well thought out and very well maintained. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. I also enjoyed the café and restaurant on site; both offered good food and a nice atmosphere. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway! ✨"

"The pool area was packed on a Saturday evening. Had to wait in line for all the fun slides and the hot tubs. The room was excitingly larger than expected and clean but dated. Each mattress was different and cold air blew in from the heating unit. It is early spring."
