โI made a reservation 8 nights. Between staying, I realized clogged bathtub drain. The hotel changed the room. It was nice. This is a hotel for one day stay.
After check-out, the hotel fee was charged twice. 8 days have passed since check-out, but the problem has not been resolved.
Please cancel the double-charged fee.โ
โI had lots of fun in the pool and I loved the views from the balcony โค๏ธ. The only problem was that I was pleased with the way the buildings were arranged but other than that my overall impression is awesome โ
โBest stay of our entire trip! Clean, quiet spacious room. Pool & hot tub area was clean and water temp was perfect. Breakfast - lots of variety, hot & tasty. Highly recommend!โ
โThe King suite was nice and spacious and appreciated the large walk-in shower. Breakfast options were pretty good although would have appreciated more non-dairy choices for my son with allergies.โ
โWe were just passing through on our way to somewhere else and stayed here both going and coming back. Super nice owner at the front desk. The room was easy to access (I'm ADA) and comfortable. However, had to use a clothes pin to keep the black out drapes closed. Left that behind for the next customer. The restaurant next door was very good. Pretty place. โ

There was train noise but it didn't bother me.

โNewly renovated rooms. Comfy bed & clean bedding & towels. Mabe upgrade the tub/shower & toliet seat. Its quiet even near the freeway. Safe & secure parking right in front of my room. Besides the guests right above my room doing parcor jumps with kids & dogs until late at night. I recommend this hotel.โ
โI like the consistency of Hilton hotels as I know what to expect and staff is always friendly. I also like the walk-in showers with a low step and the roominess of it.โ
