"House keeping was lacking, we stayed for 6 nights and had to ask to have our room serviced. Was told it would be done, came vack at 4pm and still nothing. The GM Gabby, had an attitude and was very rude to start. Spoke with someone from Marriott corporate and finally room was cleaned. Pool and hot tub were out of service the entire stay and the restooms by the dining area would not flush. Do not recommend. There were two people that were absolutely amazing and that Was Ms Tay the breakfast manager and the young lady that worked the reception desk (forgot to get her name) those two were the bright spots to the stay. If your thinking of booking, i would check other options first"

"Overall, the condition is good. The neighborhood at the back of the hotel is a little bit not nice but it is still safe. There are not many good restaurants around the area that are within walking distance. Need a rental car to travel around."

"Although the hotel advertised a pool, ut was closed, even though it was 82°. The eggs were obviously powdered but the coffee was good. I believe that i should've received some compensation from not being able to use the pool. I found long hairs that didn't belong to me behind the pillows and a weird, long, curly pubic hair in front of the toilet along with many cosmetic damages all over the bathroom. "

"Friendly staff, hot tub was a plus, pet friendly, small discrepancy regarding housekeeping and billing, over all I enjoyed my stay. Kevin at the front desk was super helpful and kind. "
