“The property is beautiful. The food was good. The lady that greeted us was very helpful and nice. The views are breathtaking and the locals are welcoming.
Everything was perfect except I suggest being a bit more meticulous on the cleanliness of the washrooms and bedding (such as the pillows).”

“This property was fantastic. Great views. We had to leave early the next day and the staff dropped off a basket full of breakfast foods for us to take with us and prep before leaving as the buffet would not be open when we departed. Beyond what was expected of them.”

“Delightful Old European Palace Hotel with beautiful premises and absolutely awesome staff and an awesome breakfast buffet and great traditional Portuguese cuisine - in one of Portugal’s most undiscovered but magnificent mountaineous area with stunning ancient stone villages out of medieval movie - I can only recommend you take a couple of days to come visit this area and stay at this beautiful hotel”
