“The exterior of the hotel is beutiful and the historic atmosphere is unique.
Unfortunately, my room did not meet the standard I would expect from a hotel of this category. While I understand that I was assigned one of the smaller rooms, it felt as though the room was not fully ready to be offered to guests. There was peeling paint, visible rust in the bathroom, and the toilet seat did not fit the toilet properly, making it uncomfortable to use. This is something I would not expect to encounter...

“Excellent hotel in Covilhã, we visit Covilhã every couple of months for medical reasons, there are two hotels that we use, both with pools, depending upon the price at the time.

Excellent as always, everything works, is clean, and relaxing.
The pool area is incredible, a good sized indoor pool, poolside recliners, jacuzzi and shower.
The outdoor area is really cool
