PAS CONTENT DU TOUT, HOTEL A EVITER ABSOLUMENT!!!
TRES MAUVAISE EXPERIENCE!!!! Personnel pas sympa, réclamation de l’argent dès l’arrivée sans donner d’infos sur l’hôtel, chambres pas totalement finies et peu équipées, problème de ventilation comme un bruit de gros moteur dans la salle de bain et quasi impossible de prendre une douche. Pas d’eau chaude dans la chambre sauf les 2 derniers jours après plusieurs réclamations. Petit déjeuner médiocre et produits de mauvaise qualité. De plus le déjeuner se prend dehors et la nourriture reste pendant des heures dehors et attire des mouches etc... Les essuies étaient sales à l’arrivée et la chambre n’était nettoyée qu’après plusieurs réclamations. Bonne situation si vous avez une voiture. Il y a beaucoup beaucoup beaucoup mieux pour des hôtels au même prix et plus proche du centre d’Alaçati. Bref, à éviter absolument !!!!!

Otel yeni açıldığı için temiz ve güzeldi çalışanlar gayet anlayışlı ve güleryüzlüydü benim ilk Alaçatı tatilimdi . Otelin tek sıkıntısı sabah kahvaltısıydı kahvaltı yeterince özenli değildi bunuda yeni açıldığı için görmezden geldik. Etrafında inşaat halinde çalışma olduğu için havuz kısa sürede tozlanıyordu temizlenmesini beklemek sıkıyordu. Genel anlamda otel yeni açılmasına rağmen güzel ve konforluydu memnun kaldık.

Eksikleri çok fazla
Otelde 3 gece kaldık. Kahvaltı çok kötü. Bir önceki günün kalanlarini önünüze bırakıyorlar. Zaten çeşitler çok az. Meyve olarak bıraktıkları karpuzlarin rengi değişmişti. Akşam 2 defa türk kahvesi içmek istedik. Birinde kahvemiz kalmadi diğerinde ise servisimiz yok dediler. Otel yeni ama eksikleri çok fazla.
