The property had a luxurious feel, looking out at the infinity pool to the ocean. The lobby was spacious and the rooms were a good size and amenities were good. The indoor pool, spa area and sauna was clean and serviced well. The breakfast and dinners had lots of options, food was fresh and tasty.

Happy with the hotel.

Very happy with the hotel, my husband got gluten-free food every day due to celiac disease. The hotel is fantastic and child-friendly, we are thinking of traveling again in September, highly recommend the hotel☺️

The location of the hotel is absolutely beautiful! The beach is stunning, the view amazing and the hotel very clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We even got a free upgrade to a room with sea view. I would defintely visit again, especially in off-season when there are not too many people.

Great weekend relax out of season

Good half board concept, nice location, seaside with beautiful area around, good care from staff. Spa swimming pool needs to be cleaned more often, bar in spa was not working

This hotel was a last minute choice and we are so glad that we chose it. The rooms were clean spacious and had all the modcons we needed. The a la carte dining was just perfect. The pool, business centre and gym was great for a few day getaway. The poolside and pier was perfect! The mini bar and hotel food on demand was quite expensive by local hotel standards, but aside from that, everything was great!

The hotel food was delicious. We were very pleased with the friendly staff service and the quality of the food compared to other hotels. We are not a couple who likes crowds, so we can say that it was a perfect winter holiday except for Saturday. Unfortunately, Saturday was not good in terms of elegance and noise. The pool was clean and quiet except for Saturday. We did every activity (table tennis, chess, reading, walking on the beach, backgammon, exercising in the gym) I recommend it to everyone who wants to relax especially in winter and is looking for a decent environment

Rooms interior need update. Perfect location. Food is average. After checkout we’ve been asked to wait for a couple minutes till someone will check if we took something from the fridge. We said , we didn’t take anything, but they still need to check. Please, there is the other way to deal with that issue. You just showed us that you don’t trust your guests and told us in our face. You are 5 stars hotel. Overall nice stay.

We really loved this hotel. The sea view from our balcony was beautiful. The only downside, and not the hotels fault, but it was super windy the few days we were there. So unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy the beach or sea. We ended up driving to a different beach club where the water was calm. Otherwise it would have been perfect here. The day we left it started to calm down & I could tell it was going to be beautiful. Would definitely come again. The breakfast buffet was great & we had lunch once, which was good. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Hopefully we’ll have better luck with the weather next time!

As I mentioned before checking time was 15:15 instead of 14:00 pm. Staff were helpful, friendly made us comfortable. Breakfast and dinner was super, too many choices but when we were checking out we made to wait 20 minutes for staff to check minibar in the room. My word wasn’t enough for them to let us go. Minibar fridge wasn’t working properly and there was only 2 cans of coke and beer. I didn’t understand why they fuss about the minibar, specially for 5 star hotel

bathroom were not properly cleaned, leaving us feeling uncomfortable and concerned about hygiene. The food options in the open buffet for both breakfast and dinner were limited and of poor quality. Despite our request for two rooms to be close to each other, they were placed two floors apart, which was especially inconvenient for my 81-year-old mother. Her assigned room was difficult to access, and the corridor leading to it was poorly lit and unsafe for someone her age. This lack of attention and care made our stay stressful and unpleasant.
