"This is my second time staying here,the first time was great no complaints.this time was different.The WiFi wasn’t working we were told by the front desk it was “running slow” 2 hours later still nothing.We called a customer service number and was told to contact the front desk and they would fix it well the man behind the counter was very rude about the whole situation. The next morning I talked to a manager she was great and took care of the situation. The hotel itself was great but not so much customer service"

"We got a room on the corner of the building and it was so big and pretty. It was very clean. The room said 1 bed but it also had a couch with a pullout bed. Breakfast was good and free. Parking can be expensive. Felt safe here despite lots of homeless people downtown."

"Staff was very friendly and got us checked in an hour early. The room and property were clean. Breakfast was great with many options available. Parking was $25 a day but with in and out privileges. We would stay here again! "
