"On nous informe que les animaux sont acceptĂ©s mais on nous dit pas le tarif . A l arrivĂ©e on joue l honnĂȘtetĂ© en indiquant que nous avons un chien et la on nous annonce une somme de vingt cinq euros par nuit pour le nettoyage due au chien . Le chien coĂ»te plus cher que l adulte alors qu il ne consommera qu un litre d eau par jour . Honteux de se faire de l argent sur les animaux. Soyez malhonnĂȘte et ne dites pas que vous avez un animal ."

"We booked weeks in advance and arrived after a four hour drive to be told that we couldn't use car park because we did not reserve parking. Hotels.com gave no options to reserve and the listing details say nothing about reservation. There was no on road parking available. The manager kept saying it is clearly marked and I showed him it wasn't. Eventually the young lady on reception worked something out to park at the side of the hotel. That night and before we left two parking spaces remained available in the parking. So frustrating and needless stress. The room was very basic and looked nothing like the photos. Breakfast buffet was very basic and poor value for money. No gluten free or lactose free options despite messaging twice in advance. If I didn't bring my own food I would have had nothing yet still paid for breakfast!!! The coastline is beautiful but the town was lacklustre. It was not even that cheap! Go elsewhere. Paid much less for much better, overpriced and underperforming hotel. We would have left were it not for the really friendly and helpful young lady on reception. "
