"Very enjoyable stay, the family were very helpful and accommodating. Sorted us a bike to hire and had an amazing seafood bbq dinner . "

"Mama Kim hosted us at her place as if we were from the family ! She has such a smiling face and so many nice attention that you forget about the language differences! She cooks as a chef, and her location is just amazing if you want to mingle with local people. We have also been on a fishing excursion organized by her, and it was so authentic. Such a pleasant moment ! I just regret that I couldn't stay longer !!"

"The room I booked was not available and the owner’s wife upgraded me for no extra charge. I was very impressed with her attitude to make things right. The bed was most comfortable that I have ever stayed in and the pillows were new. "

"Amazing stay! We loved it! "

"Very clean spacious rooms with a lot of daylight. Very quiet at night, so I had a good rest. It was my second accommodation in Hoi an, and i wish it was my first, then I could extend the stay."

"Amazing place to stay . Very welcoming hosts. Great room and facilities . The family were exceptionally helpful. Breakfast lots of option with fresh fruits and great coffee. Beautiful pool! Would highly recommend! "

"Had a lovely stay at the Rustic Villa! The staff was so kind and gave us lots of tips for Hoi An. We were sad when we left! Beautiful property "

"No vibration. The owner does not speak English and seems more concerned about profitability than about contact with clients. His wife speaks a few words of French. I booked a room with a window but there was a wall in front of it at 70 cm.It feels like being watched constantly."

"The staff at the New Sunshine Homestay owned and run by Huong and her family are just gorgeous. We stayed here as a family for a week and loved it so much we stayed a week more. The facilities are lovely, the location is very peaceful and the pool is perfect for relaxing and little people fun. The treasure of this place is the staff. They are all women, so gentle and sincerely endearing. We will be back when we return to this part of the world in a heartbeat. Thank you for looking after us so...

"All the staff were kind and made my stay very comfortable!"

"Staff were really nice, breakfast was well organised and tasty. Good central location."

"I LOVED this place! It was quaint, the rooms were excellent, the common area was beautiful and full of vegetation, but most of all the owner, and his family, are such wonderful people! I stayed for two weeks and now consider the owner to be a friend of mine! They also have a restaurant right on the beach which is a 3 minute walk away from the hotel. If I ever return to Hoi An, this will be my choice of places to stay every time! "

"Staff was nice, short walking distance to food and grocery store"
