"Went through two different rooms before asking for money back. No television in either room. Wall unit heater broken. Floors dirty. Bedclothes dirty. Horrible place. They said they aren’t charging me and gave me a refund invoice but said Expedia has my money and I have to get it back from there instead. While I was getting my money back two other people demanded their money back as well. This place is a sh!thole. Never go there!"
