Médiocre, pas digne d'un hôtel
Très bruyant, literie horrible, propreté des draps douteuse, pas d'eau dans la douche, la fenêtre qui ne se ferme pas complètement. Pas de réception, et le personnel du bar qui est associé ne parle pas un mot de français. Pour la qualification hôtel, faudra repasser.

Le service du self-check in ce n’est pas rassurant car personne vérifie ton identité. Il n’y a pas d’accueil donc c’est difficile de faire remonter un souci, sinon l’hôtel est très bien placé, le bar et restaurant sont incroyables et le rapport qualité prix est excellent.

Nur für Hardcore Besucher geeignet.
Die Unterkunft ist nur für Hardcore Besucher zu empfehlen. Das "Frühstück" und der Frühstücksraum waren eine Zumutung. Essen aus dem Kühlschrank, wenn noch was drin war und Geschirr selbst abspülen. Das geht für diesen Preis gar nicht.

Great price for bed and breakfast. Staff are friendly, helpful and could speak English which was really helpful for me. I ate two evenings in rhe restaurant and the food was very good and service was friendly and efficient. I walked everywhere but there is a bus stop right across the street.

No staff at reception on check-in day to allow luggage storage in a safe place. Surprising & disappointing. Room was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was nice.

Clean, excellent views, but noisy.
Clean hotel with excellent views from the room and balcony. Food at the downstairs restaurant was good, however as others mentioned the noise at night due to the restaurant was frustrating. Stayed on the 2nd floor and our room was right above the restaurant, and we could clearly hear music and patrons at least until midnight every night. We did our best with earplugs that the hotel provided, perhaps a telling sign, but struggled to rest in our room at night. Would not stay again unless guaranteed a room well away form the restaurant.

Love this hotel!! Would definitely rebook!
Wonderful location to all the things you will want to do and see in Chamonix-Mont Blanc. The historic lodge with its bar, restaurant, and breakfast area were well-appointed and very inviting with a comfortable casualness. The food was amazing!!

Best hostel in Chamonix!!
The lodge is beautiful, clean and comfortable with an awesome lounge and restaurant area! Abundant free breakfast, and the restaurant is delicious. Ross and the rest of the staff are friendly and very helpful. The lodge is near a lovely little lake on the edge of town that is so peaceful, with great views of the forest and the incredible mountains. Best location in Chamonix. Thanks to everyone who made my stay totally awesome!! Cheers, James

Vert it for a reasonable stay.
Vert is an older vacation rental and probably winter sports oriented more than for the traveller. It was fine and the room was adequate and simple. The price was perfect for the space. The staff were wonderful and the evening entertainment was fun.

不審者対策がなっていない
夜中に同じ部屋の人から襲われかけました。男女一名ずつだったのにもかかわらず、ホテル側は何も配慮してくれませんでした。夜中にそういったことがありましたが、ホテルフロントには誰もいません。恐ろし過ぎで一睡もできず朝を迎えセルフチェックアウトしました。この件について施設にメモを残し、またメールもしましたが、何も反応はありません。

Hôtel à 30 mn à pied du centre-ville
Chambre confortable et propre Hôtel parlant anglais uniquement. Fonctionnant avec code, on n’a eu aucun contact . Buffet ouvert pour petit déjeuner avec code mais yaourt et beurre périmé,(de 6 mois pour le beurre!!)

Great staff, super friendly. Location is kind of far from town centre but still walkable. Didn’t get to try the restaurant downstairs but it looks great. Would stay here again.

Accueil en anglais par la réceptionniste qui me demande si je ne parle pas anglais alors que nous sommes en France ! J'ai du retenter à 3 reprises le paiement sur le terminal qui ne fonctionnait pas pour au final aller payer à l'autre bout au bar de l'hôtel. Chambre mal insonorisée, plancher du couloir qui grince à chaque passage, rideau de douche ne tenant plus que par un fil, porte de la cabine intérieure de la douche en train de moisir. Le petit déjeuner était comment dire, au secours, un bloc de beurre commun périmé du mois d'avril, 2 énormes pot de confitures douteux, du pain de mie en vrac dans son paquet, un sac de pommes posé avec son plastique d'origine et des croissants sous vide, pas de couteaux à disposition, des assiettes en carton et des bols encore sales car mal lavés. La prochaine fois je n'hésiterai pas à aller ailleurs.

Établissement bien situé par rapport à son prix, à côté d’un lac et à 25min à pied du centre ville. Par contre au dessus d’un bar qui fait du bruit jusqu’à tard le soir et petit déjeuner inadmissible : peu de choses et surtout pas de couvert! Personne pour nous aider
