Total dump. Lobby smells like urine. Outside of property is filthy and neglected. Arrived at 3PM check-in time and room wasn’t ready. They couldn’t tell me when it would be ready or if it would be ready at all. There were 5 people ahead of me all waiting for rooms as well - some had been waiting ...

6th floor ice make was down. No sign posted to notify customers. Room 616 bath faucet was completely loose. Property maintenance needs improvement.
