Of all the nice places we stayed on our recent 25th anniversary vacation to Greece, this is the one we'll always remember. We were greeted by the owner the moment we arrived and she made us feel welcomed. Her and her staff made sure we had everything we needed. Elvira gave us a long list of recommendations and she texted us back the next day making sure we were enjoying our stay. The staff really knows what excellent customer service is. They treat you like a friend. All the people we met were very friendly and warm. The place is immaculately clean and beautiful. Laudry facility is very convenient and parking is easily accessible on the ground level. It also has a beautiful roof top with amazing views of the mountains and water. It also has a gym and a play area in the basement. I'll definitely love to go back to Chiana just to stay here again. Thank you for your warm and excellent hospitality. We stayed at the Chania Elegance Suites for a week and really enjoyed our trip. The host Elvira met us upon arrival to show us around the apartment. There is a lock box for the keys in case she can’t meet you. It was very easy to coordinate with her via WhatsApp ahead of our trip and on the day of, she was also very responsive throughout our stay. She answered questions and shared excellent recommendations for restaurants, beaches, tours; and there is a digital welcome guide with further info. The apartment is brand new, spacious and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay - kitchen utensils, toiletries, blow dryer, towels, safe, laundry room downstairs. We also received some souvenirs upon departure. There is good wifi and parking in an open garage (don’t have to worry about finding street parking). We visited old town and various beaches, so if you have a car, the location is very convenient, 10-20 minutes of driving to most destinations around old town and quieter than the bustling tourist area. Overall, it was a great experience, we would stay here again and I would highly recommend it to others.

A great hotel in Chania! The communication with the host was great - quick responses and very friendly. The suite itself was beautiful, very clean and spacious! The beds and couch were super comfortable as well, felt very relaxed here. The only downside to the area is that it faces a school, and during the week is pretty loud most of the morning into the afternoon. Thankfully our suite had a balcony on the opposite side of the room, so we were able to enjoy a coffee on the balcony with not as much noise. The hotel is about a 10 minute drive to the Old Venetian Port (tons of nice restaurants and shops on a strip surrounded by water). It was beautiful to walk through and enjoy the scenery. Overall it was a great stay, and would definitely recommend!

Muhteşem döşenmiş tertemiz bir daireydi. Geç check in yapmamıza rağmen bizi hızlı bir şekilde karşıladılar, oda ve balkonlar harikaydı. Minik bir hoş geldin paketinde bir çok detay düşünülmüş. 1 gece kalmak için gitmiştik çok beğendiğimiz için 2 gece kaldık. Otoparkı var, merkeze araç ile yakın sayılır.
