The staff and breakfast were amazing and the location close to Kalamki beach. The property needs some maintainrnce especially around the pool area and some parts of the room. Overall good stay.

This is a great hotel in a great area! The neighborhood has a market across the street, and several shops and restaurants in a 5-10 minute walk. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and have great A/C. Be sure to visit Penny's Cafe & Market while you're in the area!

Great hotel!

Great hotel! One of our best of our trip. Walking distance to town and great beach. Close to restaurants and food. Free parking! Breakfast was excellent!

Our stay was wonderful. We loved the little pool and easy access to beach and restaurants as well as the on-site parking. Breakfast was tasty and the service was lovely. The only thing I would mention is that our sink was clogged but repaired a few days into our stay.

Nice small hotel

Very nice hotel, room was amazing, staff very friendly and serviceminded. Breakfast was very nice. On the things that could have been bettet is that the size of the poolarea is very small and pool the same. I rate it 8 out of 10.

Small room

Room was much smaller than anticipated with little storage for suitcases etc. There was no sea view to mention and the plug sockets / USB port in the room were broken - only one was working. These were not repaired during our stay, though a bottle of wine was left for us. Hotel is small but clean and staff are friendly. Good location to get about and see Chania too.

Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! The breakfast buffet every day was great, our room had great facilities such as a balcony, huge shower/ room and great added extras. It was thoroughly cleaned everyday and the staff were all lovely and very helpful. We had parking everyday for our rented car and the hotel couldn’t be in a more convenient spot. Only a 15 minute drive to chania town centre, and not even a 2 minute walk to the beach. Honestly would come back again in a heartbeat.

We found the Elia on Expedia and all the reviews were excellent, I can honestly say the reality was just as good, if not better. The room was a lovely size, a massive comfortable bed, and a quite frankly brilliant shower. The greatest USP of the Elia is the staff, the lady who organised the breakfasts is really lovely and explained all the various breakfast dishes to us, lovely freshly squeezed orange juice and a spotless breakfast room. The reception staff helped us find great places to visit, where to find the bus the Chania and local places to eat. They are all a tremendous asset to the hotel.

La struttura è ben tenuta, la zona è tranquilla ed a poca distanza da chania . Lo staff è molto gentile , le stanze sono ben arredate pulite ,la colazione è dscreta, presente anche piccola piscina ben tenuta . Il soggiorno è stato piacevole buona base partenza per scoprire splendide spiagge di Creta.
