Brass Pineapple Inn
I had a paid reservation at this Bed and Breakfast and when I arrived no one answered the door, or the phone. There were piles of snow blocking street parking and the walkway, and stairs were covered in snow and ice. I ended up having to make a reservation at the Embassy Suites.

Embassy Suites Charleston
While valet parking is available the free parking permit requires about a block walk across a 4 lane street. The gentleman that is the concierge was very helpful in providing free shuttle service in the downtown area. Stayed there several times and a nice place.

Charleston Marriott Town Center
Room was dated but clean. Smoke detectors were set off by aerosol deodorant and a hair dryer. Staff were nice about it. But also acted like it’s common. We did not eat breakfast because it was expensive. Overall it was a good stay for what we needed.
