โEverything thing overall was excellent all but one of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Especially the woman running the wine and cheese hour. The room was clean and beautiful but the Beth room was ridiculously small. All that being sad the overall stay exceeded expectation and it was a great location to see Charleston.โ
โWe stayed at the Charleston Place for our anniversary weekend and my wifeโs birthday weekend with our 5 month old baby. The service was phenomenal from checking in, valet, assistance with our bags to our room, requesting of a crib, and the cleanliness of our room. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the surrounding areas. We will definitely be back to visit. Iโve already shared this stay with my parents. โa nice hotel, but the breakfast was quite disappointing..a paper box with a sugary muffin, a sour fruit cup, and a tiny cup of orange juice. not thoughtful or satisfying.
To make matters worse, getting this breakfast required scanning a QR code, visiting a third party website, and entering my personal information just to make a reservation. Honestly, it might have been better not to offer anything at all.
