Loved our stay! The staff was amazing! Robin was such a help with our reservation. The free shuttle to the convention center was a wonderful surprise. Bed very comfy and im picky! Thank you everyone for a suberb stay!!

Affordable and clean

We stayed here the night before an early fight out of CHS. Reasonable rate for excellent accommodation. Very nice check in, great clean room and close to some quickie restaurants. Felt safe here and highly recommmend. Only draw back is they don’t have a on site bar…but bring your own!

Great hotel for the price. Further away from Charleston but easy drive and very close to airport. Beds were comfortable, room big and clean. Air conditioning machine was very loud. Pool small but clean. Hotel would do with some updating but overall we were happy to stay there.

Suleena, the front desk agent, allowed me and my sister to check in early -rather than wait hours for check-in time. Rooms were fully accommodating and spacious. Continental breakfast was tasty, and there were good dining options within walking distance. Nick & Dan's bbq was delicious. Airport was a short, free shuttle ride away. I would definitely return.

I think the staff at the desk was Angela, and she was super helpful and nice! Our room was huge! It was all very clean. We walked over to the outlet mall and there are several restaurants close by.

Loved it!

Everything was very clean staff was amazing, fridge and stove in room didn't work so our drinks weren't cold. The pillows were a little thin.

Great place! Only negative is the fold-out bed for the third person is against the king bed. Had to climb over family members to get in and out of bed. Not good for us “senior citizens”. Please advise this on the website for people in the future.

This place was great, especially after the subpar motel we stayed in the night before on our road trip. The staff was super friendly, the place was clean, and right next to a whole shopping center that we walked to. The only critique I would have is the half-open shower. It’s like they started putting a glass door on it, but left the door part off. Water gets on the bathroom floor, despite your best efforts. But otherwise, my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay there with our two dogs.

The staff was so kind and helpful. The property was clean and inviting The room was nice and well appointed The breakfast was very nice Dinner and drinks provided on Tuesdays The issues 1. Called front desk and no one answered on 3 separate occasions. Once as someone was attempting to enter my room 2. The washing/drying machines did I not work. I had to wash on floor 4 and then dry on floor 2 and they were the only machines in service. There was a line and it took many hours to coordinate and complete 1 load.

The most unique part of the property was the complete lack of self respect that the caretakers took in keeping the living areas and or areas around the property looking hospitable. The air conditioning was so loud I was unable to sleep, the fridge and blankets smelled as if they had never been cleaned between visits. When asked for a room cleaning I was met with nothing because the lock on my door was dead and nobody could open it. The lamps in the hallways are all hanging at an angle and look like they are going to fall from the ceiling, the carpet in the hallway is missing chunks, and after a conversation with another guest, I learned that their fridge broke and that their garbage disposable smelled so bad that they had to move rooms. I think I would rather stay in the sewers than come back here, at least in the sewers they don’t try to convince you that it’s nice. In truth the best part of the stay was when I checked out and went back to the airport.
