"The front desk guy was nice and explained everything in a good manner. The beds were comfortable and very neat. The only thing I was surprised about was that I didn't see any body lotion. Also, I didn't like the fact that the soap wasn't in the bag as it usually is, it looked like it was used."

"Our first impression is are you Sheraton or Le Meridien? I got emails from both. Where is the front door when you are arriving. So we parked and walked a very poorly signed trek all over the property to get to the front desk. You are Big but you are not pretty and you need a lot of design and repairs ..."
