We had a great stay at the Aloft Charlotte City Center. My girlfriend and I were in town for a Hornets game on our way to a wedding nearby. The room was great with solid views of the city. Location was excellent for the game and the staff was helpful, friendly and courteous. At the bar, we asked for a recommendation for lunch in Rock Hill, SC and got a fantastic recommendation for Helen's Hot Chicken and had a great conversation. The check in is up an elevator, which can be tricky to find if you aren't made aware ahead of time, but thankfully our driver knew the area. Check-in was smooth, room was clean and staff was awesome. We would definitely stay here again.
