Worth every dime spent!

Our stay in this apartment is simply beyond amazing. The unit is very perfect for our family of four. The bed is comfy and the kitchen is complete. We love it. We'll definitely go back!

Disappointing and dirty

This was a disappointing stay from the start. I inquired as to where the “extra” shampoo and conditioner was located since all I could find was one tiny (one ounce) bottle of each for a five day (Tuesday through Saturday) stay. I’ve included a photo for reference. I was informed that that was all I would be provided with. As a woman with long hair, that conditioner bottle will barely make it one day, let alone five. And in an apartment meant for two people, I’m not sure how they think that is sufficient. On hotels.com this property claims that “free toiletries” are provided. But when you inquire about the toiletries, they tell you that they sent a separate email saying that a “starter kit” will be provided. They don’t say how insufficient the starter kit will be. They also do not provide wash cloths, or even tissues, so I washed my face with toilet paper. There was only one hand towel for the five days. For a room meant for two people. It was infuriating to know that supplies like conditioner were likely easily accessed in the locked closet (in the room) that stated “employees only”. The floors were filthy. My white socks were brown after about an hour. The shower curtain was mildewy and smelled. The laundry detergent was a dripping/leaking pile of 3 pods. I’ve included photos of these great features as well. I’m not sure why for over $1000 for the stay, a few minimal conveniences could not be included.

Fantastic property and location

We had a terrific 4 night stay at this property. The room was super clean and in great condition. The amenities at the property were amazing: beautiful pool, gym, and fantastic social/lounge spaces where we spent time (beautifully decorated!). A Whole Foods is downstairs, so shopping was easy. It is also within walking distance of everything. The concierge staff was awesome- really friendly and helpful. Would stay again!

Very beautiful apartment, located across the street from the convention center and NASCAR HOF. Walking distance to stadium and lots of restaurants. I will definitely stay there again when I return to Charlotte!

Heaven? Well, this sure comes close.

Perfect location, price, property, and near-perfect service. I almost wish I could live here. Starbucks and Whole Foods literally downstairs meant I only had to drive if I had an on-site meeting. Pool, dog park, gym all clean and well-maintained. And, bonus, garage parking where I never had trouble find a space.

Apartment was beautiful and clean. View of the city was spectacular. The location was great also. All was amazing, comfortable, but for the sofas. The sofas are not comfortable. I will definitely stay here again

Very nice apartment. A little sterile and the couch was not very comfortable, but the full kitchen, nice bathroom and bedroom and access to the rooftop lounge and workout facilities were a big plus! There was no shampoo or soap for me but there was a Whole foods on the same building....that was nice...the location was awesome!

The couch was uncomfortable. The apartment was very nice other than that. It was nice having a washer and dryer too. The amenities were nice to use , although a little disappointing that the pool and hot tub were drained.

Beautiful space and building

Amenities at the building were great. Only issues we had was the pool was leaking so it drained completely during our stay. Other than that everything was perfect. The next building over is a whole foods, so getting fresh made eats was easy and fast. Couldn't have asked for a simpler check in or nicer stay.

This place very much so looks like the photos but did not offer the same feel as the photos. For one the restrooms - neither of the two - were not clean. I took it upon myself to make at least one bearable; and the mattress is clearly worn. Every time I laid on it, it sinked as if it was giving up. Furniture is cheap and is simply there. Not cozy or comfortable. The whole place is like that simply...empty. Simply, the place was disappointing. Outside of not being clean, there were multiple fire alarms, one elevator working on the day of my arrival, and the people who communicated with me about this property, never responded to my concerns. They simply wanted the booking and that's it. Don't be lured folks. Stay at a nearby hotel.

Pelican Residences in 400 E. Stonewall St Charlotte NC its an very good location with a awesome views of beautiful uptown Charlotte the 2 bedroom condo is very spacious and has high quality appliances. The pool and the the entertainment area around it is phenomenal. Great experience overall and I would highly recommend Pelican Residences for stay

Great location. Walking distance to Whole Foods and Westin hotel. Check in was a little confusing (navigating in the building). Beautiful apartment with views of Uptown and awesome amenities...pool, gym, and resident common area.

Great location, clean and comfortable

Great location, clean and comfortable. Would have been nice to have a 1-day supply of coffee items - like a coffee filter that fits the machine. Perfect for a conference at the Westin!
