Absolutely love this hotel. It’s super clean, the front desk is superb, it’s quiet, the heated pool and fire pit are major pluses. The rooms are modern and exceptionally clean.

I really enjoyed my stay. A very nice area, the staff and other guests I met at the complimentary breakfast were nice. The fire pit outside was gorgeous and it was just a good vibe all around.

Staff was super friendly the second we walked into the door. We felt very welcome and everything was very clean. Any questions we had were answered promptly and nicely. The morning breakfast they have for guests is wonderful as a parent tired from a long trip with 2 yoynf children. The kids loved making their own wagfles and choosing what they wanted to eat.

Really enjoyed our anniversary stay here! Room was spacious and lovely, and there was actually plenty of places to sit and eat, unlike most hotel rooms. Our only complaint was the walk-in shower didn't have a door that could be shut, it was just halfway enclosed. Made for a chilly showering experience lol. We loved the amenities, they had a nice patio where they had a fire going in the evenings, and the pool was nice. Breakfast could have been better, and there was never any kitchen staff to be found if something was needed, but overall it was decent with different options. Would stay here again!

Great location, nice and clean hotel. However, we were disappointed by the noise coming from the pool/fire pit area at 3:00am that lasted at least until 3:45 am. I hope that does not happen again.

We had two stays in a week so this is about both stays. We had an easy check in with Coconut/Heather assisting. We had four shuttle drivers, all were great. Lacey, one of our shuttle drivers, whom we spent more time with, was very helpful in finding us a place to eat and helped us get to and from safely. He provided us some information about Charlotte as well. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Quiet area for a restful sleep. We have used other hotels in the area but find this one as our favorite.

Haven't stayed at a Bonvoy property for quite some time, however this was a wonderful stay and they did not disappoint! Bed was extremely comfortable, and love the stainless steel kitchen - full size stove, fridge; excellent! Kudos to Catina and Stacy for excellent interaction! Special kudos for Mr. Eugene for his patience, along with above and beyond shuttle service! Keep up the great work Residence Inn!!!!

Absolutely beautiful property for our two night stay. Pool is very nice. 12 minutes from Carowinds. I would absolutely stay again. Very clean. Only thing I suggest is having pillows and blankets for pull out couch, we asked for some and got them but I figured they’d already be in closet.

We had reservations at another property and when we got there we’re told key machine was down and they had canceled our reservation without notifying us. Called Residence Inn and they were happy to help us out and just pay difference of the room. Room was absolutely beautiful, clean and comfortable. Given a suite actually. Thank you Don who was host that night we stayed.
