First time staying in NC, and by far this has been the best experience I had ever had staying in a hotel. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond with the service. I traveled with my aging parents and they enjoyed the hotel as well. Johnny and Sandra was beyond helpful and took initiative without me having to request for it. Hotel was very clean. This is a place I recommend and would stay again.

Absolutely love Tru. I hate Hickory doesn't have one lol. Always clean rooms and bathrooms. Lobby very clean. Staff is always friendly. Customer service is superb and they always allow people to have family gatherings.

It was the nicest hotel in the area, not to far off the highway, very very noisy. Lots of road traffic, and I felt like I was at a drag strip with the cars racing all day and night long by the hotel. The walls are super thin could hear everything above and beside me, I left a day early bc I couldn’t sleep with all the sounds! During the day tried to nap and kids were literally racing up and down the halls. Staff was super professional and nice. But won’t stay again.
