"I had to do an earlier checkout and i got informed by the hotel reception that the refund of the last night should be done by Orbitz, when contacted Orbitz they said that the refund should be done by the hotel i am not happy at all with this misleading information and support from both the hotel and Orbitz "

"The hotel is absolutely charming, uniquely situated inside a gorgeous, historic château, and lovingly maintained and attended to in every detail. Our welcome was warm, kind, and made us feel completely at ease. The hotel was quiet, comfortable, and the breakfast just lovely, in a separate little cafe on the property that was near the castle grounds where you could also sit in a beautiful garden, swim in the pool, and/or play ping pong. Highly recommend. We would come here again!"

"Main issue is parking. I rang to get parking as told to by property after booking which I thought I had to be told on arrival there was non available! Had to park in public car park away from hotel. No air conditioning in room and unable to open window. Their was a fan however. Staff were pleasant as could be under very trying situations"
