We just needed somewhere for a quick 1 night stay, it was a lovely dark room and we were pleasantly surprised to find a restaurant on the premises as well so we didn't have to go out for dinner The staff we're very helpful and were very happy to keep my son's medication in their fridge for us. The only thing it could have done with is tea and coffee making facilities in the room Perfect for what we needed though

Nous avons informé du problème avec internet, celui-ci n'a jamais été résolé et aucun suivi n'était fait. Nous devions aller leur demander à chaque fois si l'internet était résolu. Aucun discount ou suivi lors de notre départ n'a été fait, ce que est dommage.

Tout est parfait, surtout l'emplacement au pied du futuroscope. Le personnel est très aimable et sympatique. Seul bémol : le petit-déjeuner, malgré un système de carte pour essayer de quantifier et fluidifier, tout le monde se retrouve à la même heure, et faire la queue pendant 15 minutes pour y accéder ! N importe quoi !

La chambre était bien , le personnel agréable, les sanitaires propres, cependant une forte odeur du pipi sortait de toilette, chose qui n’était pas top. Même après nettoyage, rien n’a changé, je pense que ça sortait de l’aération de toilette, c’est pour ça. Et comme j’y étais que pour une nuit, j’ai donc bien fermé la porte afin que l’odeur ne se repende dans la chambre entière À part ça le reste était correct

2 points d’amélioration: les bouilloires ont disparu des chambres et le petit dejeuner qui se dit continental a perdu en qualité. Il n’y aplus d’oeufs brouillés ce qui réduit grandement le choix quand on dejeune salé!

Pour l’hébergement tout etait bien en revanche le prix du petit déjeuner est démesuré par rapport à ce qui est fourni. Le prix est bien trop cher par rapport à ce qu’il y a à manger. C’est le petit déjeuner que j’ai payé le plus cher dans les trois hôtels que j’ai fait sur oa semaine et c’est celui où il y avait le moins de choses et les viennoiseries n’étaient pas fraîches
