โWe arrived at Domaine du Chauvet after a long drive from Spain. Mr Jabali was the perfect host: he was very welcoming and he prepared us an excellent meal at a time to suit us. The building is beautiful with a decor of stone, wood and white linen. Parking is safe and secure behind electric gates. Our bedroom was small but very comfortable. Next morning we had the best breakfast ever - pastries ,bread, fruit , cereal, coffee, tea, juice. We would definitely stay here again!โ

La propriรฉtรฉ est magnifique et extrรชmement reposante.
Marie est au petit soin avec ses hรดtes, mais rien est forcรฉ, on sent la bienveillance naturelle.. on est repartis avec des figues fraรฎches (cueillies par Marie) et le ventre bien rempli dโun somptueux petit dรฉjeuner !

โAlles Bestens - unser Zimmer war zwar direkt zur Autobahn, aber zwei Fenster haben dafรผr gesorgt, dass man nichts hรถrt. Zudem wurden Ohropax bereitgestellt, falls man doch sehr gut hรถrt ;-)โ

โGreat location for walking around Bordeaux. Large room and excellent bathroom. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was excellent. Our only concern was that to reach the rooms you had to climb stairs with your luggage and as we had heavy suitcases it was not easy โ
โMost of the amenities werenโt available but the beauty of the chateau and the kindness of the caretakers more than made up for it. If youโre looking for a quiet place to soak in the countryside, this is it. Serene, quiet and beautiful
If you donโt have a vehicle be sure to stop at the grocery before heading in. Breakfast is provided but youโre on your own for anything else. The shared kitchen is easy if youโre prepared.

The owner hosts are very nice and have done an amazing job with this property. Five rooms in total avaiable for guests , it never felt crowded or uncomfortable.
Beautiful gardens and pool to relax and enjoy close proximity to restaurants and a five min walk to the famous Libourne Market. Parking out front free on weekends 5.00 euro on other days .

Room comfortable but lack of places to put things. Form over function. Basin could not hold water! No mirror in dressing table area so hairdryer not close to socket. All easily solved. It seemed designed beautifully by someone who had never slept in the room. But. Did not detract. A lovely hotelโ
