The history and charm of the Chateau could quickly be felt upon arrival and did not disappoint for the rest of our stay! There is some wear and tear here and there noticeably in the corridors between the rooms but this is a minor issue. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to the area."

"Nice hotel next to the lake. Convinient Public parking one block away. Easy walk into town center for dining options. Close to the Coop supermarket/mall that has great food court. "
"Hotel is situated close to the old town center, on the street going to train station, however well isolated from street noise; the room we rented was huge , the largest we rented in our vacation in Switzerland , with plenty of storage, two desks with chairs; bed was also big and comfortable; even the bathroom had plenty of storage ; room had also an extra space a closed balcony with a table and two chairs . From our room we could not see the lake Geneve but the receptionist recommended a lounge area with a terrace from where we took pictures of the lake ; that area has sofas , coffee tables and chairs to accommodate even a big group of people .
Staff was friendly and gave us the possibility to log an to an application for free public transportation and a lot of promotions to different historical places , museums and attractions; we took advantage and went on a two hour cruise on the lake . Neuchatel is beautiful, full of charm and we regret not having booked more days at this hotel and this town "
