โWelcoming, very pleasant & helpful staff. Room clean & modern. Stairs quite steep, there is a lift to the 1st floor only, suppose because it is an older building. Food very good, beautifully presented & great flavours. Our bugbear was the flies in the buffet area & restaurant at breakfast- maybe this was weather related as it had very wet then hot. We very much enjoyed our stayโ
