"The problem is they put me handicap room and i asked why in that room? Because i am deaf? They said Expedia choice that. I reserved 1 bedroom that all. Plus curtain cant be private closed which is ridiculous! Only good about the hotel is breakfast. "

"We chose this property because it would allow us to have our dog since we were there for a veterinarian appointment. When we got there the room he put us in at first the beds were not made yet so he moved us to another room. That was fine until we got ready to go to bed and to turn on the lights by our beds. Both lights were unplugged and there was no outlet in sight to plug them in. We took our shoes off and walked to the bathroom and there was a big wet spot on the carpet by the bathroom door. I put a towel down so we didn’t have to walk on the wet carpet. However, the office staff was very courteous and helpful. And he provided us with a very good breakfast. The arrangement of the hotel was a little strange, because I think it might have at one time biern sn apartment complex. But it suited our needs in the moment and we were happy there."

"Very clean and comfortable! Ended up coming back a second night. Staff is very friendly. Very convenient to highway and dining/shopping. Would definitely stay again!"

"The staff was super friendly and helpful. Only problem is the actual property and some of the amenities. Was there for a couple of nights everything seemed well until tried to turn on tv.couldnt get it past what was offered.when I finally called about issues. They checked it out and apparently the TV wasn't set up and programmed, so they gave me another room. Fine with me , but the next night the toilet decided to not work . So I ended up sleeping in a room with a filthy bathroom.. I could have called ,but , it was late and I wass tired ., and I didn't feel like waiting for someone to clear the mess or move to yet a third room. So I lived with it . Not ideal , but best for me."
