“Really enjoyable and unique hotel. We loved the historic element, the views and the staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful.”

“I would say excellent but there was clumps of hair on my shower walls, and on the bed linen and chair there was more hair. I can see the strands on the sheets or chair being from anyone but idk how housekeeping could missed that hair on the shower walls but we all know hair is just so off putting. The morning of checkout though yall was waking me up at 10:30 for “room check”…in a hurry for??? You clearly don’t spend a lot of time cleaning so why disturb guests ??”

“The floors where not clean. Tub did not drain, so there was always standing water in the tub. There was a dirty sock stuck on the wall where the firm is. The room was like a cave , and the toilet was not secure to the floor. The rooms should be painted light color. I understand the the place is old but, you could try to keep it up. Like in NYC we have old buildings and the insides are beautiful.”

“Ice machine was non existent. Vending machine was unplugged. There was a washer in the breezeway. The pool was not filled. The assist handles in the bathroom were not aligned. There was no plug for the bathtub. Overall the property was clean, and although I showed up late, the attendant was walking up to the lobby when I arrived, so there wasn't much of a wait, or issue with my reservation in that matter.”

“The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. He allowed us to see the room before we completed the booking to start our stay. Unfortunately, we decided to not stay at all. First and foremost, we had a passing in our family so of course we needed to go back home. Secondly, the room was not even close to the pictures online. The refrigerator was rusted. The sprinklers had like some type of paper around it which is a safety/fire hazard. Hole in the wall where something looked like maybe a heavy...

“Warning: if you expect super cleanliness in your room, do not stay here. First room: black mold on ceiling and no clean surfaces anywhere except the bathroom. Second room: tiny ants everywhere and food crumbs and a peanut under sheets in one bed. Otherwise, comfy beds and nice hot water for a tub soak. Breakfast ok; coffee good. Pool filter appeared to not be running so did not swim. Of note: is not on Central time, but is on Eastern like Georgia. I'd love a discount or even a refund!”

“Rooms are really nice with all the accommodations to include full kitchen, large bathroom, spaceous living room area and bedroom area. Community was quiet and clean. The office staff called me a day before to confirm.”
