"The hotel is clean, not fancy. Free breakfast and pet friendly, so that's a must for me . A place to rest and relax after being the whole day out, just as expected. Location is good, close to Ruby Falls, and not too far from downtown. The negative for me was the staff of all areas, the front desk morning clerk and the lady in the breakfast were rude and not welcoming at all. Not even eye contact or a "good morning" , not customer service oriented at all."

It wasn't a bad place by any means but I was expecting a hotel based on the pictures. The place was very well maintained and clean. The other negative was double bed versus queens. "
