"The property has very poor communication with guests. I had the same issue, and other guests mentioned experiencing it as well. The hotel smelled strange, and there was no water in the shower or bathroom in the morning. Overall, it was a disaster. "The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The mountain view from our chalet was absolutely stunning and truly exceptional, making our stay even more special. Breakfast was very good, and we also had the pleasure of attending a wedding at the hotel’s venue, Le Petit Paradis. The entire experience was amazing — the beautiful landscape, elegant lighting, wonderful setup, and excellent food were all exceptional. We had a fantastic and memorable weekend at the hotel and truly enjoyed our stay."
