The service and attentiveness of the staff was excellent, the food was all made in house including the bread and jam made from scratch. All the little touches made for such a pleasant and relaxing stay. Would definitely stay again.

All services offered at the Jungle Lodge Boutique Hotel was top notch. The on site manager was excellent with people skills and he is great at anticipating guests need. Food was delicious too! Highly recommend and I would for sure go back.

I loved this hotel the only thing is that not all the rooms have AC, also the WiFi never worked, and just a suggestion to walk with the luggage to the hotel is a little bit hard it will be good if all the way to the rooms have good walk ways and not rocks. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast excellent!!

Me and my boyfriend stayed at the jungle lodge for 2 nights and wished we stayed longer. Not only was the place so stunning it left you speechless but the staff was outstanding. They where so helpful kind and attentive to all of our needs. I would recommend this place over and over again for any nature lovers ,looking for a quiet relaxing vacation!

Amazing place. We ended up staying one more night because it was so relaxing and fantastic. The staff go above and beyond to make your experience a wonderful one and the facilities are always clean. The food at the restaurant was incredible and the included breakfast was healthy and delicious. Etson, Antonio, and Alex made everything go smoothly and their customer service was unmatched. Absolutely recommend staying here, we will be back next time we visit the area.

This hotel really is so idyllic. The rooms are pretty, views are amazing. Outside shower. Staff is super friendly and funny. Breakfast is delicious. A bit difficult road to get there especially when it has been raining, but overall it was a perfect stay. Big recommendation !

Property overall was beautiful and I enjoyed the amenities. Areas of improvement definitely are restaurant/bar focused. They closed the restaurant at 4 pm, which cuts out dinner. There was also very little selection for food and drinks. I would stay there again but probably pick up food and drinks along the way.

Enjoyed the bedroom/ bathroom and plunge pool. This is a perfect place for couples or friends looking for peace and quiet. It is a 30 minute drive to Tulum hotel zone and about 50 min to Playa del Carmen so if you rent a car you will have options to visit more places. There is no transportation here/ bikes/scooters to rent nor would I recommend since the road isn’t paved. Getting a car is the best bet. We didn’t get a chance to have breakfast but the pool and bar area are beautiful.

We loved this place. Every member of the staff was amazing. They helped us resolve a minor problem early in the stay and continued the excellent hospitality throughout our time at the hotel. The location is off the main roadways and tucked fairly far down a dirt road. You definitely will need a rental car at this location. This hotel really is in the jungle. If you don’t like little critters such as ants, spiders, lizards, birds etc. this may not be the place for you. If however you are open to a bit of nature this is an amazing stay.

Hotel California in the Mayan Jungle

Impossibly romantic and absolutely wild. A shower that feels like you’re standing in the jungle. Beautiful brutalist architecture that doesn’t try to compete with the beauty of jungle. The jungle makes it beautiful. Sophisticated in it’s simplicity. Exactly what you need. Calms the mind and heals soul. Tranquilo and beautiful. The staff are delightful. Etso helped me arranged last minute transport from CUN. And even texted me to ensure I got in contact with the driver when my flight arrived.
