Front offices and reservation needs ramping. Concierge staffs kudos to Mr Raman & Mr Johnson. Friendly and felt very welcome to the hotel. The same passion year over year. A true ambassador to GRT Grand Hotel Chennai. Chef Srinath dedicated and passionate on his job. Makes sure each guest leaves happy after their breakfast. Just ensure you are staffed well and the breakfast readiness is at 7am. Short of cutleries,food labeling is mixed up causes frustrations. Housekeeping good job.

This was our first time at Grand Chennai by GRT. We stayed from 11th to 19th Dec 2025. I must say that we are very impressed by everything. From the food options, management, staff, rooms, assistance when needed, everything was great. What stood out are the hotel staff who was able to cater to our needs any time of the day. They are polite and go the extra mile. Food was good too..They have quite abit of options for room service. We enjoyed their breakfast spread too and staff on duty were very accommodating during breakfast to our requests. Staff greet you with a warm smile and check on us too. Overall, we are glad to have chosen GRT for our stay. Thank you very much for your services.
