심각합니다
저녁7시쯤 입실하려고 하니 아직 청소가 인되었다해서 기다렸다가 8시쯤 입실힜어요. 입실힌 방은 2층 맨 끝방인데 깔끔했어요. 밤11시 비가 내리기 시작하자 창문 아래 1층 비가림막에서 비 떨어지는 소리가 크게 울려 잠을 자기 힘들것 같아 11시 30분쯤 시정을 이야기해서 방을 바꿔 달라했더니 5층 방으로 바꿔 주셨어요. 그런데 방이 침구만 새 것이고 청소가 전혀 안되어 있었어요. 방에서 담배냄새가 지독하게 나서1시간 가량 창문을 열어놓았어요. 바닥에 비닐조각이 있었고 컴퓨터 2대 모두 키보드 주변에 담배 재가 쩔어져 있어서 계속 담배 냄새가 지독하게 났어요. 욕조에 머리카락이 붙어 있었요. 한 번 방을 바꾸었고 시간이 너무 늦어 횐기만 시키고 그냥 잤어요
