Property filled with crackheads and prostitution blood all over the beds cracked walls lamps broken room smelled like tabaco and they wouldn’t give a refund

Our room was missing 2 drawers from it's dresser and the computer chair was missing one arm and the other arm was broken. Before noticing that it didn't smell pleasant. Thick dust layer on the bottom of the ironing boards leg. Shower curtain was left open, house keeping left previous visitors face cloth hanging w/the shower curtain.

THE ROOM HAD HOLES IN THE WALL, PHONE WAS NOT WORKING , NOT SAFETY CHAIN TO LOCK DOOR LOOK LIKE THERE HAD BEEN A FIGHT IN THE ROOM LAMP SHADES ALL BROKEN, BED SPEAD HAD STAINS ARRIVED AT 12AM AND LEFT RIGHT AWAY AS OT WAS NOT SAFE WOULD LIKE A REFUND

I ended up opting to stay somewhere else. The room smelled like smoke and had stains on the furniture. The pillows looked dirty as if they’d been dropped on the floor or stepped on even. The property itself look rundown and didn’t seem kept up. They also had several signs saying no breakfast even though that was advertised as being provided.

The property is not in a good area. There was not a person at the front desk for my check in. I have requested a refund because the location is not safe and there was broken furniture and mold in the bathroom. Pictures are deceiving. I would never recommend this place to stay.
