It's very difficult and confusing getting to the location. You have to drive down a trail from the main road to get to the office to check in. The pier that is the main highlight on Expedia is far away from the property. It's very decieving. But once you get situated it's ok. The room I had was much closer to the pier than the other rooms closer to the office. The pier is great though.

The Royal Palm was amazing and my family and I cannot wait to return. Amari was so helpful and so easy to contact via WhatsApp. Upon arrival she offered me a cold beer and created us with the cutest resident puppy named Mila. Check in was easy and check out was even better. Our room was clean and comfortable with sky tv and internet access. Bathroom was in great conditions. The best part is having the room right on the lagoon, it’s beautiful and clean. My daughter and I swam daily and watched the sunrise right on the dock. Also, great location as there is a restaurant right across the street and basically on the property. Town is a 2 min drive and if it weren’t as hot as it was in July, we could have also walked. We cannot wait to return!

The pool is very far from the room. Sliding doors don’t close properly allowing mosquitos to come in. I don’t blame the staff. They are very friendly and tried to help however this property doesn’t look like anything advertised. The bed is made of cement and the mattress is hard. We can’t sit on the porch due to bats droppings and smells of bats.

Contrairement à la photo , nous étions dans une chambre pour 4 à 400 mètres du lac avec une route passante à traverser. La chambre était au bord d une route avec passage de camions toute la nuit . Coupure d électricité une bonne partie de la nuit donc plus de climatisation au mois d août c est un peu dure ! Personnel très déplaisant

La habitacion que nos dieron estaba en muy mal estado. El baño no coincide con las fotos de la publicidad. Esta en malas condiciones, ademas todo el tiempo huele a caño con olores muy intensos que se penetran en la habitación. Pedimos cambio y no lo negaron. Ademas no esta al pie de la laguna sino a 1 km. De distancia. Pagamos en efectivo y pedi devolución del dinero por el fraude y no quisieron acceder

En un lugar muy acogedor, la gente que te atiende sumamente amable y están pendientes de ayudarte. Te apoyan sobre que hacer, dónde comer y tratan de ayudarte en todo. El muelle que tienen esta lindo. De las mejores experiencias, hoteleras que he tenido. Te sientes como en casa. Si pienso volver.

Muy buen hotel.

La limpieza es muy buena, no encontramos ningún desperfecto ni suciedad, las habitaciones son muy grandes con frigobar y microondas, no tienen secadora. Muy amables, siempre estuvieron al tanto antes de nuestra llegada, nos dieron recomendaciones, tuvimos a nuestra disposición el muelle del hotel, chalecos y kayaks sin costo extra y tiempo ilimitado lo único es que son a disponibilidad entonces hay que ganarlos, rentamos una noche extra con ellos y son pero friendly (super plus). Totalmente regresaría, espero ya pronto acabe lo de la pandemia y puedan seguir expandiendo el hotel porque tienen mucho espacio sin utilizar, el muelle está separado por una calle a la zona principal del hotel y la caminada en la noche entre tanto árbol y mosquito puede no ser tan agradable. Si van y no encuentran la entrada como nosotros no se espanten les hace falta señalamientos solo marquenles por teléfono y van por ustedes a dónde estén.

Es un lugar excelente para relajarse y sentirse bienvenido, la señora encargada es un amor , muy atenta y amable !! Todo muy limpio, ordenado y con todos los servicios !! Son súper flexibles en el horario de la alberca siempre y cuando no molestes a los otros huéspedes !! Todos súper amables sin duda volvería !!
