“Hi, a really great hotel. I had called earlier to mention a late arrival. Although they initially charged, they quickly sorted out a refund when I arrived. The hotel room and bathroom were pristine. I had an issue with a padlock on my suitcase - it took a while for maintenance to attend but when they arrived it was sorted quickly. Great location - 6 mins walk to the metro station. I did not sample the breakfast/food but would highly recommend.”

“I asked that I needed to check out early, and if they can give me a voucher or something for my next stay. They said NO. I m a frequent Marriot client, at least something. In general not goof customer service.”

“관광 명소와는 거리가 좀 멀지만 여행일정이 여유있다면 괜찮은 숙소입니다. 일반적인 호텔은 아니고 호스텔식인거 같아요.”

“숙박 2일동안 기본적으로 제공되는 물은 한병밖에 없었다. 객실에 커피머신이 있는데 커피와 티를 이용했음에도 다음날 커피와 티를 채워주지 않았다. 서비스부분에서 실망스러운 부분이었다. 객실에 칫솔, 치약, 슬리퍼, 나이트가운은 없다. 드라이어기와 다리미는 있었다. Gym에 웨이트 트레이닝 머신이 절대적으로 부족해서 다음번에도 이 호텔을 이용할지는 미지수다. ”

“청결 까지는 아니지만 깨끗한 편이었어요. 직원들도 친절하고 편안하고 안정된 분위기 였어요. 위치도 훌륭하고 주변 환경도 마음에 들었습니다. 다음에 워싱턴 DC 를 오게됨 더 듀푠 써클 호텔에 또 방문하고 싶습니다. ”

“Check in was a breeze. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property is a beautifully converted mansion. An excellent breakfast was included in the price. A great place for a weekend getaway.”
