Dotata di tutti i confort, vasca idromassaggio; bollitore; tosta pane; spremi agrumi; macchinetta del caffe ecc ecc…impossibile lamentarsi qui perché c’è tutto!! "I have traveled to the Les Arcs area many times, but I have never had such a terrible experience. The hotel room was absolutely terrible: dirty, moldy, and not at all suitable for families. The guest bathroom and bedroom probably haven't been cleaned in decades. The furniture appears to be original, and the bedding is stinky. Additionally, I paid extra for the sheet set, only to find it stained, as if it had never been washed. Communication with the owner was also terrible. Please, DO NOT TAKE...

Héliopic Hôtel & Spa

Héliopic Hôtel & Spa

10/10 Excellent
"I thought the front desk staff were very helpful. The rooms were nice with a great view of the mountains. I liked that there was water in the lobby and tons of books and places to sit in the lobby. We didn't eat at the restaurant but appreciated how close the hotel was to the bus stop and the gondola ride (next door). We also easily walked to the train station and then into the Chamonix center."
