Loved the cute hotel in Chiang Saen! Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights while we visited relatives. The breakfast was amazing! The woooden hotel was unique. Will stay here again.

2泊3日の旅行だったが、このホテルのおかげで存分に楽しむことができた。スタッフは全員笑顔で親切だ。私はレストランで5回の食事をしたが、全部美味しかった。全部だ。スパを2回利用したが、とても気持ちよかった。技術も素晴らしい。宿泊中にイレギュラーもあったが、対応力が素晴らしい。私にはとても良い雰囲気に見えた。文句のつけるところはない。また行きたい。必ず行く。

Für uns das enttäuschende Hotel unserer 3 Wochen Reise in Thailand. Teurer als alles vergleichbare und in vielen Punkten deutlich hinter unseren Service Erwartungen. 1. Wir versuchten wenige Minuten nach der Buchung ein Storno, weil wir sahen, dass es 1:15 von chiang rai entfernt ist und sich lediglich in der region Chiang Rai befindet. Das Hotel hat den Storno verweigert. Ist ihr gutes Recht, daher auch nur erwähnt, damit andere den Fehler nicht machen. Geht nicht in meine Bewertung ein. 2. Das Hotel ist nicht behindertengerecht. Überall Stufen. Ein Zimmertausch wurde uns nur gehen sehr hohe Gebühr ins Erdgeschoss angeboten. 3. An der Rezeption wurde über meine Kritik eher gelacht und nicht die Maßnahmen ergriffen, die versprochen wurden (zB Liege am Pool). Das bügelte die sehr kompetente Hotelmanagerin aber aus, die als einzige begriffen hat, wie man einen Fehler (kleine tierchen im zimmer, kann passieren, das verstehe ich total) wieder gut macht. Eine Aufmerksamkeit beim Frühstück sowie wirklich tolle und schnelle Orga eines Mietwagen! 4. Der pool liegt so, dass man am Tag nur 2 stunden sonne hat. Es gibt zwar ein großes Tor zu einer großen Wiese. Das ist aber dauerhaft geschlossen. Es gibt nur zwei Liegen am Pool. 5. Das restaurant ist gut und bemüht. 10 Prozent service charge und tax kommen auf die teuren Preise aber noch drauf. Hier stimmt aber der Service. 6. Schwaches wlan 7 bad klein und schimmlig
