โIt was a nice stay. Location was good to walk to neaby stations. Front desk and staff were kind.

โThe staff was amazing and very welcoming. It gave very high class! The valet greeted me first and took care of the car the entire trip. He walked my bags in ushering me to the counter and from there the counter took over. We handled check in smoothly and fast. Got to my room and had an amazing view! โ

โMy family arrived early and were quite anxious, but the quick check-in process alleviated our concerns and left us extremely satisfied. โWe drove to Chicago got there at 1:00 check in was suppose he at 3:00 didnโt get into my room until 5:30 and tv didnt work but besides that everything else was find lovely hotel . โ

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. I contacted them in advance to let them know Iโd be arriving early, and they kindly allowed me to check in early at no extra cost โ a gesture I really appreciated!
The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety to choose from. The bar was also a highlight, offering a wide selection of drinks at very reasonable prices. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming throughout my stay.
