Front desk staff were super kind and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. Facility is older and a little beat up and the floors felt dirty but were probably just old. I expected a little nicer accommodations based on the reviews, but it was acceptable for what I paid.

Customer service was great, people working the front desk were so nice. The mattress was terrible and there was mold in the bathroom, so if you're sensitive to mold, I'd pick another place to stay until they clean that up.

Room was unpleasant and did not look like photos online. Water smelled very bad and appliances + provided bathroom products were poor quality. House keeping is only available upon request which is not ideal and unsanitary for sheets and towels.

It is hard to find quality customer service these days, so I dont often expect much. The customer service at the Baymont is enough to on its own make you want to return. It is also a safe, easy to park location. They have breakfast! They have a great rate! I highly recommend!
