The room was clean and the staff was courteous. The breakfast was well prepared. The only problem was the toliet would flush and the vending machine didn't allow me to get a bottle of water. The attendant was prompt on the response. The fixed the problem with the toilet and when the could not get the vending machine to release a bottle of water, the staff was courteous and gave me a bottle of water from their supply. I thought that was very nice.

Front desk staff were super kind and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. Facility is older and a little beat up and the floors felt dirty but were probably just old. I expected a little nicer accommodations based on the reviews, but it was acceptable for what I paid.

Bedroom was nice, lighting was dark though. Bathroom needed a lot of work; grout was missing, but there were wall that was crumbling near the shower (sanding would have done the trick) and the trim wasn't in good condition--kind of scary. The lobby was lovely and the breakfast very good. Had the bathroom been better, I would have given it 5 stars.

Customer service was great, people working the front desk were so nice. The mattress was terrible and there was mold in the bathroom, so if you're sensitive to mold, I'd pick another place to stay until they clean that up.

Rooms were clean but some items were damaged. Holes in walls were just patched scrapes on bed frames were just left as is. My toilet in my room clogged every flush meaning if “peeing” it was annoying. But staff were friendly and attentive. I would say just take better care of rooms. Last thing to say and update from all of this it was a nice safe comfortable stay again just rooms need some TCL other then that great!

The room was nicely laid out, with ample space to get around the beds. Nice hotel, not fancy by any stretch of the imagination, but comfortable and safe. Tip: If approaching the hotel from the south on I-294, exit at Willow and backtrack south rather than exit at Dempster and go north. Dempster sees much more heavy traffic at certain times of the day.

Inexpensive and Provides a Lot

Friendly staff and a very nice Continental Breakfast were highlights, although I always wish Breakfast was open a while longer. This inexpensive Hotel Room was very clean, and the Furnace/AC Unit had good controls, even if a bit noisy. No Coffee Maker was provided, and the big wooden Wardrobe in the room had a Light that wasn’t properly wired up or even plugged in. That said, we will probably stay here again. Well run, good location.

It is hard to find quality customer service these days, so I dont often expect much. The customer service at the Baymont is enough to on its own make you want to return. It is also a safe, easy to park location. They have breakfast! They have a great rate! I highly recommend!
