The staff at the desk was very welcoming upon arrival. She answered questions before I asked them! When I returned in the evening she was kind and offered a coupon for breakfast the next day! Luis, at the breakfast was also very kind he brought my breakfast to me and customized my fruit choices. I believe the people that represent the hotel are the ones thar bring people back again

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Parking was so easy, we were actually surprised how convenient it was.
