I booked this hotel because it was right across from a shuttle going to North Coast Festival. The staff were super friendly & were able to get us early check in which was very much appreciated. My main complaint, which is a big one, is that the room smelled super moldy which really messed with my asthma/breathing. I didn't see any mold but there's no vent in the bathroom which seems like a bad idea. There was also something weird/gross under the desk area left by a past guest. The carpeting in the hallway on floor 5 is coming up & causing a potential tripping hazard. The breakfast was nice, but I don't think I'd book this hotel again due to the mold smell & the lack of pool/hot tub.

My room, 130 was ok. The bathroom needs some maintenance as there is rust in the tub, the toilet run and it rocks a bit when you sit down. The continental breakfast was ok, but I didn't go expecting 5 star quality. The person cooking was very nice and accommodating.
