Stayed 1 night, check in was smooth and customer service very kind and personable. Beds are comfortable, toiletries are full-size and already in the shower, which is super convenient. We did hear the sirens from the fire station, but once asleep, it never woke us up. The only negative we had was the breakfast.

A little noisy as there is a fire station across the street and a bar close by. Staff do their best but woke up both nights to loud rap music around 4 am. Otherwise wonderful stay and trip

The Hyatt was very clean, well maintained, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was also great with many options. I would definitely stay there again on my next visit to Chicago!
